If your office is not in our pickup and delivery area, we will email you a prepaid shipping label.

  • We use both FedEx and UPS 2nd day delivery.
  • If you prefer priority overnight shipping, call our office.

Turnaround Times

*Most single units are shipped or delivered within 7 business days*

Esthetics Dental studio request 12 business days for single units and 15 business days for large cases (6 or more units)

These times represent business days in the lab and do not include holidays, pick-up, delivery, or shipping days.

Please note that if the process of your restoration has to stop due to us waiting on answers to questions or new impressions relating to your restoration your due date will be extended by that number of days.

Rush Cases

Rush cases will be approved on a case by case basis, depending on the needed time frame and the availability from our technicians to accommodate your needs. Prior authorization is required from the laboratory.
